Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years related experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with tenant and vendor management and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Tenant and Vendor Relationships; serve as point of contact for vendors and tenants.
• Address tenant inquiries and visit tenants on an as-needed basis.
• Manage preventative maintenance contracts for HVAC per tenant leases.
• Enter tenant service requests and track them to ensure timely response and close out.
• Prepare and submit documentation for move-ins/move-outs and show spaces as needed.
• Assist with monthly and quarterly management reports and budgeting.
