• Maintain consistent communication with customers and IVS personnel about delays, costs, and timelines.
• Manage all project documentation: change orders, timesheets, test reports, quotes.
• Coordinate with customers, field teams, and shop supervisors throughout the project life.
• Compile billing data and prepare invoices in the financial system.
• Assist with month-end financial reporting and administrative tasks.
