Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in mechanical trades or related field.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage multiple tasks on site.
• Strong communication with clients and upper management.
• Capable of providing accurate bill of material and aligning with budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead layout, fabrication and assemblies on site.
• Supervise on-site construction personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and reports are submitted daily.
• Coordinate with Project Manager on progress, milestones, and manpower needs.
• Prepare and review JSA and shift logs; perform quality audits on work.
