HM White LLC in Detroit, MI is seeking a project management professional to lead industrial ventilation and paint finishing projects from kickoff through commissioning. You will coordinate engineering, subcontractors, and equipment vendors while developing bids, estimates, and proposals based on client specifications.

The role requires experience in large-scale turn-key projects, ability to read drawings, and travel to job sites.

Formación

• Experience in Industrial Ventilation and paint finishing.
• Ability to review drawings and perform manual estimates.
• BIM integration experience.
• Proficiency with Office 365 apps.

Responsabilidades

• Review RFIs, proposals and qualification of inquiries.
• Develop estimates and proposals from customer specs.
• Coordinate project kickoff and execution with teams.
• Manage budgets, schedules and subcontractor data.
• Ensure safety alignment with the safety team.
• Prepare start-up and commissioning documentation.
