• Manage construction project documentation.
• Assist in bid solicitation and estimate takeoffs.
• Prepare submittal/RFI logs and track changes.
• Communicate scope changes to the project team.
• Assist in meetings with owners, subcontractors, and designers.
• Prepare project close-out documents.
• Ensure safety requirements are followed.
