Job summary

HDR is seeking an Industrial Project Manager in the Vancouver, WA area with experience across industrial sectors. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, managing scope, schedule, and budget, and interfacing with clients from pre-positioning to project completion.

Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor's in Engineering, 7 years of related experience with at least 2 years in PM, PE license, and proficiency in MS Office and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 7 years related experience including at least 2 years in project management.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license recognized by the licensing board for the position location.
• MS Office and MS Project proficiency required.
• Demonstrated leadership skills are essential.
• Active participation in employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Manage all aspects of complex small to medium projects or routine large projects.
• Produce and coordinate several small to medium projects concurrently.
• Establish and maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Conduct work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and workload to meet schedule and budget constraints.
• Track financial aspects of projects and adjust effort to stay within budget.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Operations and Business leadership for project reviews.
• Implement QA/QC procedures and perform other duties as needed.
