The successful candidate will coordinate across design, engineering, and marketing teams, manage budgets, and serve as a primary liaison with HDR operations leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of single or multidiscipline teams through the project's lifecycle.
• Manage large multidiscipline projects or medium-sized projects with high technical complexity.
• Lead multiple projects concurrently and ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget.
• Establish and maintain client relations; participate in marketing, contractual, design and production meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload across the project lifecycle; ensure deliverables are completed on time.
• Track project financials and adjust scope with the team to stay within budget.
• Collaborate with accounting, operations, and leadership for periodic project reviews.
