Job summary

Gotion Inc. is hiring a Project Manager – Industrial Construction to lead large-scale capital construction and infrastructure projects in a manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities include guiding projects from concept through commissioning with budgets exceeding $50 million, coordinating Engineering, Manufacturing, and Facilities teams, and ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering/Construction Management or related field.
• 5–7+ years of PM experience leading industrial construction or manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience managing capital projects >$50 million.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects in manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple industrial construction and facility infrastructure projects with budgets over $50 million.
• Guide projects through planning, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop schedules, budgets, forecasts, resource plans, and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, Facilities, Supply Chain, and external contractors.
• Review drawings, P&IDs, and technical specifications; oversee installation and startup of systems.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and contractor performance; manage RFIs and change orders.
