Job summary

HDR is seeking a Project Manager to join the Colorado-based Industrial team. You will be a seller-doer responsible for establishing and maintaining client relationships, helping develop proposals, and leading multi-discipline project teams to successful completion of the work.

The role requires a minimum of 7 years in project management, a bachelor's degree, and strong communication skills. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project and familiarity with GIS/ CAD tools is preferred.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
7+ years of related experience is required.
2+ years of project management experience is required.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
Active participation in an employee-owned culture is a must.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, lead and manage all aspects of multi-disciplinary projects.
Coordinate work of professional staff and balance team throughout project development.
Develop client relationships, assist with marketing, proposals, contracts and design reviews.
Participate in reviews with project owners and regulatory agencies as needed.
Coordinate workload and verify completion of deliverables on time and within budget.
