Luminate Partners in Greenville, SC currently seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead major industrial, manufacturing, and mission-critical construction projects. You will collaborate with field operations, owners, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure delivery on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, budget and schedule control, and engaging with industry-leading clients across the Southeast.

Competenze

• 5+ years of construction management experience.
• Experience with a General Contractor.
• Experience delivering industrial, manufacturing, distribution, or mission-critical projects.
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work across the Southeast.

Mansioni

• Manage projects from preconstruction through completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee budgets and cost controls.
• Manage subcontractor buyout and procurement.
• Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation.
• Coordinate design teams, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and drive schedule performance.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Lead project meetings and maintain client relationships.
• Support field teams and coordinate with Superintendents.
