Responsibilities

• Drive sales and business development across nationwide industrial and commercial sectors.
• Lead full project lifecycle from bidding, planning, execution to final closeout and billing.
• Manage project budgets, track P&L, and ensure profitability and on-time delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and subcontractors to meet safety and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
