Job summary
JLL is seeking an Industrial Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver industrial and capital projects within scope, schedule, and cost targets. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage contractors and vendors, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.
The role requires 5–7+ years of experience in industrial/project management, with strong scheduling, budgeting, and stakeholder communication skills.
Qualifications
- Requires a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5–7+ years of industrial, manufacturing, construction, or CAPEX project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project lifecycle using standard PM methodologies.
- Define scope, requirements, success criteria, and deliverables.
- Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements.
- Coordinate installation, commissioning, and validation of industrial equipment.
- Manage vendor/OEM relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
