Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in mechanical, electrical, industrial engineering, construction management, or related field.
• PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, OSHA 30 preferred.
• 5–7+ years of industrial, manufacturing, construction, or CAPEX project management experience.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary technical teams and EPC/design-build/stage-gate methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from planning to delivery within scope, schedule, and cost targets.
• Coordinate installation, commissioning, and validation of industrial equipment; review drawings and specs.
• Manage vendor/OEM relationships, procurement, and contract negotiations.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, milestones, and financials.
• Ensure safety, regulatory, and compliance requirements are met.
