Job summary

Crane Worldwide Logistics LLC is seeking a seasoned project logistics professional to coordinate and lead complex multi-modal moves (Rail, Barge, Ocean, Air and Domestic) from planning through delivery. You will develop value propositions, craft pricing strategies, and drive solutions for large-scale industrial projects.

The role emphasizes analytics on project performance, freight spend, and KPI reporting, with invoicing and milestone tracking as core duties.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5-7 years of Industrial Project/Project Management experience required.
• 3-5 years of industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Creates value propositioning and drives solutions & pricing for complex project moves including Rail & Barge operations alongside Ocean, Air and Domestic transportation.
• Conducts analytics on project performance, freight spend and KPIs identified by the project.
• Manages invoicing and progress against contractual milestones; coordinates with parties such as customs broker, client and EPCM.
• Tracks shipment progress with the project logistics plan and keeps relevant stakeholders informed.
• Coordinates with project suppliers from EXW to CFR and potentially DDP in certain cases.
