Job summary

NES Fircroft, on behalf of a Chicago-area General Contractor, is seeking a Project Executive to lead Industrial projects from preconstruction through completion and to mentor project teams. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Industrial construction, current or recent senior roles, and established relationships with owners and developers in the Chicago/Midwest market.

Qualifications

10+ years of Industrial construction experience.
Experience as Project Executive / Senior PM / Director.
Proven track record leading complex Industrial projects.
Strong financial and operational acumen.
Established relationships with Industrial owners, developers, and decision-makers.
Strong knowledge of the Chicago/Midwest Industrial market.

Responsibilities

Provide executive oversight of complex Industrial projects from preconstruction through completion.
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and project teams.
Drive project financial performance, schedule, quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Maintain and expand relationships with owners, developers, and other key industry stakeholders.
Bring a strong network of Industrial clients and decision-makers.
Leverage existing relationships to introduce new clients and opportunities to the company.
Help expand the company’s Industrial footprint through both project leadership and strategic client development.
Partner with senior leadership on continued growth of the Industrial business.
