Job summary

Ram Mechanical is seeking a Project Engineer to support industrial construction and automation projects in California's Central Valley. The role collaborates with Project Managers, Engineers, and field teams to plan, estimate, procure, and schedule work.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of related experience and a drive to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget solutions. The position involves engineering coordination, field documentation, and occasional travel across the West Coast with potential

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Building Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in construction, engineering, estimating, project coordination, or a related field.
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers with planning and execution of industrial construction projects.
• Review project scope, drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Coordinate with RAM's engineering team on project design and technical requirements.
• Support project cost tracking, budgeting and procurement.
• Document field conditions and communicate changes to the project team.
• Travel as required to support projects.
