You will support and oversee multi-disciplinary projects, coordinating with project managers, engineers, and field teams to ensure efficient scheduling and resource use. • Experience coordinating multi-disciplinary projects in energy/oil & gas environments.
• Ability to monitor schedules and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning & Coordination: Support the Project Manager in managing complex multi-disciplinary projects. Develop, monitor and update project schedules ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Design & Documentation Review: Review project designs and technical drawings, ensuring they comply with specifications, codes, and standards. Ensure that all design changes and revisions are documented and communicated to the relevant stakeholders.
• Procurement Support: Support the procurement team by evaluating technical aspects of material and equipment requirements, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met.
• Budget & Schedule Management: Assist in tracking project budgets and schedules, ensuring adherence to established timelines and cost constraints. Identify potential issues early and develop mitigation strategies.
• Communication & Reporting: Maintain clear and effective communication with project stakeholders, providing regular progress updates and addressing concerns promptly. Prepare and submit technical reports as required.
