A leading industrial solutions provider is seeking a Field Project Manager to lead the execution of industrial fluid process systems for food and dairy facilities. The role involves coordinating mechanical and equipment integration, working with automation teams, and ensuring safety and quality. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in process systems and a strong understanding of industrial environments. This position offers a hybrid work model based in Petaluma with travel required primarily during installation phases.

Formación

• 5+ years in process systems, installation, commissioning, or plant operations.
• Ability to coordinate mechanical, piping, and equipment integration.
• Capability to act as the technical bridge between field crews, engineers, and clients.

Overview

U.S. West Coast (Hybrid) - Project-based travel

Qualtech is looking for a Field Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of industrial fluid process systems for food and dairy facilities.

This role sits where engineering meets the plant floor: installation, integration, and commissioning of process systems.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate mechanical, piping, and equipment integration
• Work with automation teams during system start-up
• Solve real-time technical challenges on site
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Act as the technical bridge between field crews, engineers, and clients

Join a multidisciplinary team delivering complex industrial systems across North America.

While the main office is in Petaluma, we welcome candidates from the West Coast to apply since this is a hybrid position. Travel occurs primarily during installation and commissioning phases and is balanced with office and remote work.
