Overview

U.S. West Coast (Hybrid) - Project-based travel

Qualtech is looking for a Field Project Manager to lead the on-site execution of industrial fluid process systems for food and dairy facilities.

This role sits where engineering meets the plant floor: installation, integration, and commissioning of process systems.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate mechanical, piping, and equipment integration
• Work with automation teams during system start-up
• Solve real-time technical challenges on site
• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule performance
• Act as the technical bridge between field crews, engineers, and clients
