Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years leading CAPEX and OPEX projects with financial oversight.
• Experience in Industrial engineering, Project management, and continuous improvement.
• Strong Lean, Six Sigma and process optimization knowledge.
• DMS implementation experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel, Minitab, Power BI, SAP or Tableau.

Responsibilities

• Identify, lead, and implement cost-saving initiatives across functions using data-driven analysis.
• Evaluate workflows to remove bottlenecks and increase throughput.
• Oversee CAPEX projects from initiation to completion within budget and quality standards.
• Lead lean projects including value stream mapping and waste reduction.
• Support rollout of Operational Excellence programs and monitor KPIs.
• Collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and maintenance to apply standard methods.
