Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years in Industrial engineering, Project management and continuous improvement.
• Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, and process optimization techniques.
• Experience with DMS implementation and optimization is helpful.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and process simulation.

Responsibilities

• Cost Reduction Projects: lead and implement cost-saving initiatives using data-driven analysis to optimize processes and reduce costs.
• Throughput Improvement: identify bottlenecks and drive improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.
• CAPEX Project Ownership: manage CAPEX projects from initiation to completion within budget and quality standards.
• Lean Project Leadership: lead lean projects, including value stream mapping and waste reduction.
• Operational Excellence Program Rollout: support and own rollout of the program with alignment to DMS practices.
• Multi-functional Teamwork: collaborate with production, quality, logistics, and maintenance.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: build data tools, monitor KPIs, and provide actionable insights to senior management.
• Training & Development: coach staff in lean methodologies and daily management practices.
• Health, Safety, and Compliance: ensure projects stay compliant with HS&E regulations.
