Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, or related degree.
• 2 to 4 years of related experience working on industrial construction projects (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Attention to detail and a drive to build great projects.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review submittals.
• Write and track RFIs and assist in change orders.
• Prepare and maintain meeting agendas and minutes.
• Maintain construction drawings and provide planning support.
• Assist Project Manager and Superintendent with subcontract and schedule administration.
• Monitor submittals, RFIs, and project changes to avoid delays.
• Track procurement logs and ensure alignment with project schedule.
• Document project progress with photos and written records.
