Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in estimating, project coordination, or construction management.
• Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and manage budgets, estimates, and cost reports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Knowledge of construction industry practices, regulations, and safety standards.
• Ability to travel to project sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with estimating teams to prepare detailed project estimates, budgets, and cost analyses.
• Assist in developing project strategies, including scope, objectives, timelines, and budgets.
• Help develop and maintain detailed project schedules using industry-standard tools.
• Work with Quality Control teams to ensure project activities meet industry standards and client requirements.
• Support the Senior Project Manager in identifying technical, financial, and schedule-related risks.
• Coordinate with clients and external stakeholders under the guidance of the Senior Project Manager.
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, cost-tracking documents, and performance metrics.
• Support contract review and management activities.
