Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in engineering or construction organizations.
• 7+ years’ experience managing an engineering design team of at least 20.
• 5+ years’ experience in industrial market management.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of processes for Project Development operations.
• Work on strategy with Project Executives and Business Unit Leaders.
• Ensure alignment of execution strategy with client priorities.
• Support project teams in maintaining the Division of Responsibilities.
• Conduct monthly internal project performance reviews.
