Job summary

Sky Mavis is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects ranging from $20 million to over $200 million. The ideal candidate will manage projects from conceptual stages to closeout, ensuring quality and safety throughout the process.

Responsibilities include coordinating with the project team, maintaining project costs, and overseeing subcontractors. A Bachelor's degree in a related field and significant experience in managing large construction projects is required.

This role requires regional travel and is classified as a safety-sensitive position.

Qualifications

• 6 - 10 years of experience managing construction projects ($25+ million), ideally design-build.
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction principles, practices, and technology.
• Creative and results-oriented with a sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Participate with project team and preconstruction services in development of a Project Chart of Accounts.
• Coordinate with Project Superintendent in development of a project site logistics plan.
• Oversee the submittal, change order, and pay request process.
