Job summary

Sky Mavis is looking for a Manager – Electrical Systems in Birmingham, Alabama. This role is critical within SEI’s Electrical Self-Perform group, overseeing electrical scopes on major industrial projects. You will coordinate between design teams, field operations, and subcontractors to ensure compliance and performance.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and at least 7 years’ experience in managing electrical scopes valued over $5M. Strong leadership and project management skills are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in electrical construction or project engineering.
• Experience managing electrical scopes on large commercial, industrial, or government projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical codes and installation standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead coordination and procurement of electrical scopes.
• Ensure alignment between MEP vendors and field operations.
• Support field supervision in resolving technical challenges.
