Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience in increasingly challenging positions.
• 7+ years’ management experience with a design team of 20 or more.
• 5+ years in engineering-related design or management within industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of processes for Project Development operations.
• Engage with clients to understand priorities and align execution strategies.
• Oversee project team’s implementation of contract and scope change management.
