Sky Mavis is seeking a Senior Scheduling and Planning Manager for their Birmingham, AL office. This role involves building and maintaining project schedules, generating performance reports, and collaborating with various teams to ensure accurate scheduling. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree and extensive scheduling experience, including the use of Primavera P-6.

Extensive travel is required. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and strong computer proficiency. A comprehensive benefits package and a discretionary annual bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of scheduling experience.
• Ability to travel and move depending on project locations.
• Knowledge in BIM relates to scheduling and sequencing.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain project schedule and different baselines.
• Periodic performance report generation including various performance metrics.
• Schedule development for both proposals and construction projects.
