Job summary

Commercial Metals Company (CMC) is seeking candidates to join our manufacturing and fabrication teams in Nashville. The role involves operating production equipment, loading fabricated rebar, and maintaining a clean work area while following established procedures.

You will train on equipment, mentor peers, and participate in our safety programs to uphold a strong safety culture. A high school diploma and the ability to work outdoors are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work outside in all weather conditions.
• Able to cross-train and follow safety policies (OSHA/EPA).
• Strong work ethic with detail orientation and root-cause analysis.

Responsibilities

• Attend training on applicable equipment.
• Operate production machines per procedures.
• Load and unload fabrications from trailers.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Mentor team members on proper equipment use.
• Lead in absence, as needed.
• Comply with CMC Safety Programs.
