You will partner with cross-functional teams to sustain safety, quality, and KPI attainment while solving problems and coaching staff. The role requires hands-on capability, soldering skills, and proficiency with Excel in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

  • Leadership background with formal problem-solving experience.
  • Clear, effective communication; collaborative and improvement-minded.
  • Comfort with robotics/automation (preferred), plus continuous improvement participation.
  • Manufacturing environment experience; High School diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel.
  • Hands-on capabilities: soldering; warehouse and packaging experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the plan: convert production requirements into assignments aligned to procedures.
  • Maintain signal across shifts; coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure safety and quality.
  • React to abnormalities quickly; manage process quality and verify fixes.
  • Develop countermeasures for DT, quality, KPI attainment, and safety; track progress.
  • Coach performance, train teammates, and keep documentation updated.

Keep the signal strong: communicate across levels, partner with previous/next shifts, and sync with cross-functional teams. Protect the product: react to abnormalities fast, manage process quality, and verify fixes. Close the gaps: build and track countermeasures for DT, quality, KPI attainment, and safety. Grow capability: ensure adequate training, coach performance, and keep documentation accurate and updated.
