• Five or more years of relevant experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, large mechanical repair, mining equipment, or related applications.
• Experience with estimating, work scopes, routings, and execution plans.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate, timely quotes for refurbishment, repair, and new-part manufacturing.
• Develop practical work plans and job scopes translating customer needs into production steps.
• Coordinate daily with internal teams to remove roadblocks and keep jobs moving.
• Monitor work-in-progress, costs, and delivery risk; escalate issues early.
