Evolution Motion Solutions seeks a Product Manager for Servo Drives and Controls (Industrial Distribution) in Noblesville, IN to drive sales growth and expand our industrial automation portfolio. The role requires owning product strategy, collaborating with Sales and Engineering, and delivering tailored, technically sound solutions to customers across varied industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of industry experience in industrial sales, preferably hydraulics or related field.
• Proven track record in sales, especially in selling industrial technical products or services.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial products.
• Excellent organizational, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provides technical and sales support.
• Oversees product responsibility for their Branch.
• Executes plan created by both Sales and Product Manager.
• Creates or maintains strong relationships with regional vendors.
• Strategizes and plans with the Sales Team; participates in forecasts.
• Monitors projects and moves them toward the quoted phase.
• Identifies product and application targets for Marketing.
• Finds new markets and goes on sales calls with potential accounts.
• Delivers technical training at product training meetings (PTM) per year.
• Establishes root cause of possible failures and plans corrective action.
• Helps achieve annual corporate sales goals for all products in the industrial market.
• Fosters a positive team environment and maintains safety and space efficiency.
