Arrowhead Winch in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma is seeking a Product Manager to lead product strategy, development, and lifecycle management for our industrial winch, hoist and drive systems. This on-site role collaborates with engineering, operations, sales, and supply chain to deliver products that meet market needs and profitability targets.

The candidate will analyze market trends, translate customer feedback into specifications, and oversee launches from concept to end-of-life, ensuring quality

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years' experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of Engineering fundamentals.
• Experience with Product lifecycle management.
• Experience conducting data analytics, market analysis, and cost modeling.
• Experience managing projects.
• Organized self-starter with initiative, creativity and ability to influence.
• Exceptional communication skills (interpersonal, written and presentation).

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and roadmap and align product strategy with the company’s business goals.
• Meet with customers, distributors, and sales teams to gain feedback and understand pain points; translate requirements into specifications.
• Work with R&D and engineering teams to develop new products and manage lifecycle.
• Forecast demand and monitor product profitability; build business cases for new products; propose pricing strategies.
• Coordinate production readiness and develop launch plans with marketing and sales; train sales teams and support demonstrations.
