Actalent seeks an onsite Mechanical Engineer in Oklahoma City to join a growing team focused on industrial flow control and mechanical products. The role blends product design, manufacturing support, and customer applications engineering.

The candidate will perform product selection support, calculations, drawings/BOMs, and engineering documentation while collaborating with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams. Strong problem-solving and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field required.
• 1+ years engineering experience; internships/co-ops count.
• CAD experience, preferably SolidWorks.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Oklahoma City.

Responsibilities

• Support product selection and customer applications.
• Perform engineering calculations and evaluations.
• Create and maintain drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation.
• Support engineering changes and product improvements.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams.
• Troubleshoot product and production issues.
• Develop assembly, testing, and manufacturing procedures.
