Job summary

Qualifications

• A minimum of 8 years of project management experience with packaging or process systems.
• Experience in food, beverage, household products, or personal care industries required.
• Understanding of process systems, utility, packaging systems, drafting (CAD), controls, procurement, and installation/training/start-up.
• Experience delivering projects on budget and schedule, and supervising contractors.
• Willingness to travel for project requirements and meetings.
• BS in mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead packaging line design, integration, installation and start-up of capital projects.
• Develop equipment design and specs, support systems, and bid analyses.
• Lead communications with vendors and contractors.
• Provide engineering solutions for continuous improvement objectives.
• Evaluate existing packaging operations and identify ROI improvements.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and multi-project responsibilities.
