Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years in industrial engineering, process improvement, or operations analysis.
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Experience with data analysis, time studies, and workflow assessments.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Excel or similar data tools.
• Ability to obtain or maintain a U.S. Government security clearance.
• U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current processes, workflows, and operations to identify inefficiencies.
• Develop and implement process improvements to boost productivity and quality.
• Conduct time studies, process mapping, and workflow analysis.
• Support planning, scheduling, and coordination using data metrics.
• Develop SOPs and process documentation.
• Support Lean, Six Sigma, or optimization initiatives.
• Coordinate with engineers and operations to implement solutions.
• Assist with facility layout and space utilization planning.
• Ensure compliance with Army TMs, safety standards, and contracts.
• Prepare reports and analyses for program leadership.
• Support audits, inspections, and government reviews.
