Actalent in Oxford, MS seeks an experienced Industrial/Process Engineer to support manufacturing operations with process improvements and waste reduction. You will work with production teams to enhance efficiency, maintain standardized work, update procedures and work instructions, and drive operational excellence across the facility.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, 5+ years of metal fabrication experience, and strong Lean/CI skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical or related engineering discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering / process improvement in metal fabrication.
• Strong Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement experience.
• Proficiency in developing and improving SOPs, work instructions, and standardized processes.
• Ability to work independently on the manufacturing floor and drive cross-functional problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement manufacturing improvements.
• Support production operations and collaborate with production teams.
• Lead continuous improvement events and initiatives.
• Conduct process reviews to identify areas for enhancement.
• Implement waste reduction strategies and ensure sustainable operational processes.
