Job summary

Vincere is seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for a direct-hire role in the Tupelo, MS area. This on-site position focuses on analyzing and improving manufacturing processes to boost safety, quality, and efficiency.

The candidate will apply lean methods, process optimization, and statistical analysis, with familiarity in CAD, MES, and ERP systems (Epicor a plus). A Bachelors in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering and 5–10 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering is required.
• 5–10 years of industrial engineering experience, preferably in metal fabrication.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing, process optimization, and statistical analysis.

In this role, you will working as an Industrial Engineer for a client that works in the Material Handling Industry. This position will be responsible for analyzing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal efficiency, safety, and quality.

This position is a DIRECT HIRE role that is a long term need for my client. This role must be worked ON-SITE.

Job Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering REQUIRED
• 5-10 years of experience in an industrial engineering role - preferably in metal fabrication
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization techniques, and statistical analysis methods
• Familiarity with CAD software, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and ERP systems, Epicor a plus
