• Bachelor-level degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering required.
• Minimum 1–2 years related experience or equivalent combination.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; knowledge of IE tools and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and improve daily quality and efficiency for assigned areas.
• Design and procure production tooling, equipment, and workstations.
• Coordinate layout and workstation moves; evaluate time factors and estimates.
