Responsibilities include improving daily efficiency, designing tooling, coordinating layout moves, and reducing scrap through data-driven actions. 0–2 years experience required; bachelors or masters in IE/ME preferred.

Qualifications

• Broad range of industrial engineering tools and methods applied to production.
• Understanding of site facilities and how they tie to strategy.
• 0–2 years of relevant engineering work experience required.
• Proficiency with PC software including Visio and Project.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve daily quality and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Design and procure production tooling and workstations.
• Coordinate layout and workstation moves.
• Prepare time estimates and evaluate project times.
• Minimize changeover time through common setups.
• Verify preventive maintenance on schedule.
• Reduce scrap by addressing machine and process issues.
• Reduce manual assembly scrap through data-driven actions.
• Analyze workforce utilization and facility layout for efficiency.
• Follow safety, health, and security procedures.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
