Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer I to support planning, design, and management of integrated production and service delivery systems at our Florence, KY site. You will study operations to optimize equipment and personnel utilization while ensuring schedule adherence and cost control.

The role focuses on identifying efficient workflows, reducing setup times, and coordinating layouts, with emphasis on safety and quality throughout production.

Mansioni

• Monitor and continuously improve daily quality/efficiency performance for assigned areas.
• Design and procure production tooling, processing equipment and workstations.
• Coordinate layout and workstation move activities.
• Prepares time estimates for proposed projects and evaluates time factors.
• Minimize change over time by using common set-ups where possible.
• Verify that machine maintenance is being performed on schedule.
• Reduce machine scrap by monitoring data and taking corrective action.
• Reduce manual assembly scrap by monitoring quality data and taking corrective action.
• Analyze workforce utilization, facility layout, and production data to determine efficient use of workers and equipment.
• Adhere to safety, health, and security policies.
