Job summary

Jabil is seeking an Industrial Engineer to support the planning, design, and optimization of integrated production and service systems in Salt Lake City. You will analyze workflows, enhance equipment utilization, and drive continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering, experience with production analytics, and strong knowledge of lean principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Experience applying industrial engineering in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of lean principles and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and improve quality and efficiency in assigned areas.
• Design, procure tooling and workstations.
• Coordinate facility layouts and workstation relocations to meet production requirements.
• Conduct time studies and develop cost estimates for proposed projects and improvements.
• Drive process improvements to minimize scrap and costs.
• Ensure safety, health, environmental, and security policies are followed.
