Job summary

Metro Water Recovery in Denver, CO, is seeking an Industrial Pretreatment Specialist to support the IPP program with inspections, reporting, and enforcement activities. The role is available at Specialist I and II levels, depending on qualifications and experience.

The position reports to the Industrial Pretreatment Manager and requires knowledge of regulatory compliance, data analysis, and communication skills for coordination with industrial facilities and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in engineering, environmental science, chemistry, or other related science field.
• A valid Driver’s license.
• Combination of education and relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Perform compliance inspections and investigations related to Metro’s IPP.
• Prepare enforcement documents and reports.
• Coordinate tasks and manage projects within IPP.
