Job summary

TalentXM seeks a hands-on engineer to lead industrial AI and OT/IT integration efforts. You will work with OPC-UA, edge AI, predictive maintenance, and MLOps to deliver deployable solutions across manufacturing environments.

You will collaborate with global teams and clients, handling deployment, integration, and production support while maintaining strong documentation and delivery ownership. This role supports remote, hybrid, or plant-facing delivery depending on client needs.

Qualifications

• Hands-on or strongly demonstrable experience with OPC-UA, Edge AI (TinyML/On‑Device ML), Predictive Maintenance / RUL, MQTT / Sparkplug B, MLOps (MLflow, Kubeflow), Python.
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, supply chain, operations technology, or enterprise transformation environments.
• Ability to work with both business stakeholders and technical teams across OT and IT boundaries.
• Strong documentation, troubleshooting, testing, communication, and delivery ownership.
• Experience supporting implementation, integration, support, rollout, upgrade, or production deployment projects.
• Comfortable in remote, hybrid, and plant-facing delivery models depending on client needs.
