Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical diploma, apprenticeship or trade certification preferred.
• 2+ years of preventative maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Experience with conveyors, robotics, CNC equipment, packaging equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PM) tasks on manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical systems.
• Complete lubrication, adjustments, calibration checks, belt changes, filter replacements, and inspections.
• Identify potential equipment failures and communicate corrective actions to maintenance leadership.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and support troubleshooting as required.
• Maintain maintenance logs, work orders, and PM documentation in the CMMS.
• Assist with installation, setup, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on reliability and uptime.
• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety procedures and LOTO.
• Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas, tools, and inventory.
• Collaborate with production, quality and engineering to minimize downtime.
• Participate in root cause analysis and corrective actions for failures.
• Support facility maintenance activities as needed.
