Job summary

IMMI/APLP is seeking a Maintenance Technician in High Point, NC to support operations company-wide by performing machine maintenance, repairs, and continuous improvement initiatives. You will inspect, maintain, and repair machinery, equipment, and facility systems to ensure optimal performance, safety, and minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical cert or associate degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in manufacturing, industrial, or facilities maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, schematics, and diagrams.
• Experience operating powered industrial equipment and passing safety certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
• Inspect, repair, and replace faulty components to minimize downtime.
• Maintain CMMS records and complete work orders accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering and production for installation and testing of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and regulatory requirements.
