Zusammenfassung

DP Electric, a premier commercial electrical contractor based in Tempe, Arizona, seeks an Industrial Project Manager to own electrical and instrumentation projects from award to turnover. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, and client relationships for industrial facilities with shutdowns and live-system tie-ins.

You will coordinate with the Prefab Department and panel Shop on fabrication, procurement, and commissioning, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in the electrical contracting industry, with a focus on project management.
• Experience managing projects in operating industrial facilities, including work sequenced around shutdowns or tie-ins to live systems.
• OSHA 30 certification.

Aufgaben

• Own the project lifecycle from award through commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Develop procedures and execution plans considering plant operations and outage windows.
• Monitor progress against milestones and manage delays, scope changes, and field conditions.
• Coordinate with Prefab Department and UL508A panel shop on control panel fabrication and testing.
• Build schedules around plant shutdowns and tie-ins to live systems.
• Manage long-lead procurement for switchgear and instrumentation.
• Coordinate permits, lockout/tagout, hot work, and confined space requirements.
• Lead project meetings and interface with owners, engineers, and general contractors.
