Qualifications

• Strong scheduling, vendor coordination, and customer communication skills.
• U.S. citizen with ability to pass background check.

• Familiarity with CNC machinery and preventive maintenance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site maintenance operations at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and IMF.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance, calibrations, and rapid repair initiatives.
• Plan service windows at least 45 days in advance and manage downtime.
• Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and QA documentation.
• Lead daily alignment meetings with maintenance teams and subcontractors.
• Maintain total transparency and asset availability.
