Job summary

Aloha Petroleum in Honolulu is seeking a Senior Manager of Maintenance and Construction to lead the Facilities Maintenance and Construction departments, ensuring safe, reliable, timely, and cost-effective operations for fueling systems, stores, and infrastructure.

The role directs internal staff and external contractors, oversees capital projects, regulatory compliance, asset lifecycle management, and safety programs to support operational excellence and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in facilities maintenance, construction management, engineering, or technical services leadership
• Minimum of 5 years in a supervisory or management role
• Professional certifications in project management, construction management, maintenance management, engineering, or related disciplines are desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and direction for Facilities Maintenance and Construction.
• Develop and implement departmental strategies, budgets, performance standards, and KPIs.
• Align technical services activities with corporate objectives and growth initiatives.
• Foster safety, accountability, teamwork, and customer-centric service.
• Develop succession plans and talent development programs.
