Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. seeks a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee assigned plumbing projects on industrial and heavy commercial sites, supporting the project manager in safety, quality, and efficiency goals.

You will coordinate field teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and manage project documentation. This role requires 3+ years of plumbing project management, strong communication, and the ability to read drawings and codes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience managing plumbing projects in industrial, pharma, and heavy commercial settings.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong knowledge of NC Plumbing Codes and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct oversight and coordination of assigned plumbing projects with focus on safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Mobilization of new projects and demobilization of completed projects.
• Field procurement of materials to meet project specs.
• Manage rental equipment needs for piping projects.
• Install, assemble, fabricate, and repair plumbing systems in industrial settings.
• Layout and maintain underground and above-ground piping systems.
• Interpret blueprints and specifications to plan layouts and ensure compliance.
• Test piping systems for leaks and ensure quality/ codes compliance.
• Lead and mentor field teams; manage timecards and daily reports.
• Maintain as-built records and conduct safety audits.
