Job summary

Everus Construction Group, Inc. seeks a Plumbing Project Manager to oversee safety, quality, and efficiency on assigned Plumbing Construction Division projects. You will coordinate with management and field teams to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.

The role requires leading procurement, scheduling, cost control, and submittals, while building strong relationships with clients, designers, subs, and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of plumbing project management experience in industrial, pharma and heavy commercial MEP projects.
• Strong ability to read technical drawings, blueprints and specs.
• In-depth knowledge of NC mechanical and plumbing codes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety, quality, and efficiency requirements for Plumbing Construction Division projects.
• Procure materials, equipment, and subcontracts to match specs.
• Conduct quality control walk-throughs and safety audits.
• Prepare bi-weekly look-ahead reports with milestones and risks.
• Manage project costs, budgets, and monthly financial reports.
• Coordinate with division coordinators for manpower and meetings.
